\n1. According to Terms & Conditions for Hotel Accommodation, one child up to and including the age of 7 can stay free of charge. Additional child\/children will be charged full price.
\n2. Hotel bookings are ONLY made by the conference team. Please DO NOT contact the hotel. For more information, click here.
\n3. If you have special needs (e.g. families with children etc.), please contact us.
\n4. Since the conference dates coincide with the summer holiday season, we kindly ask the participants who plan to stay at the hotel to make their hotel reservations early.<\/p>\n

External Participation Fee:<\/b> 200TL for each day (Addition to registration fee)
\n(for the participants who do not stay at the conference hotel must pay this fee, covers lunch and daily hotel lounge usage fee)
