Authors must ensure that all submissions reflect original scholarly work and fully disclose any AI-assisted tools used solely for minor tasks such as grammar checking or formatting. Manuscripts found to rely on undisclosed AI-generated content will be rejected or removed from the proceedings.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abstract Writing Rules<\/strong><br \/>\nThe Turkish and English summary should briefly present the information regarding the problem status, purpose, method, findings, conclusion and recommendations of the study. Abstract should be between 200-300 words. At least three keywords related to the study should be written.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Full Paper Writing Rules<\/strong><br \/>\nTurkish and English Full Papers should be prepared according to the template. This template will help you format your paper. Please paste the text keeping the format and styles. The parts of the paper (title, abstract, keywords, sections, text, etc.) are already defined as styles in Styles Pane. Turkish full papers should also include title and abstract in English.<\/p>\n<p>Please submit your full paper by using the Create Camera Ready Submission option in the Microsoft CMT system.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.icetol.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/10\/icetol_full_paper_template_2026_new.docx\">icetol_full_paper_template<\/a><\/p>\n<p><em><strong>Presentations<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Presentations could be face to face oral, online virtual or video.
