* Only participants from Türkiye may make payments in Turkish Lira (TRY). Payments in TRY can be made only via bank transfer (EFT/Havale). Credit card payments are processed in Euros (EUR), and the system does not allow participants from Türkiye to pay by credit card.
Note:
- One author registration can cover a maximum of 3 papers. Additional papers will cost 50 Euro each.
- If other authors in multi-authored papers want to attend the conference face to face, they must register as an Audience in order to benefit from the facilities of the conference. Other authors in multi-authored papers can join virtual sessions free of charge.
- Graduate students must provide proof of student status. The student ID should be sent to the conference e-mail address (icetol.secretariat@gmail.com)
