One registration fee covers up to 3 papers. Each additional paper costs 50 € / 2.000 ₺ extra.

3 + 1 — One registration covers a maximum of 3 papers. Additional papers are 50 € / 2.000 ₺ each, invoiced separately.
Co-Authors — A paper is covered by its presenting author's registration. Other authors who want to attend face to face need an audience registration; the presenting author can arrange and pay for this from their own account. Co-authors may join virtual sessions free of charge.
Student Proof — Graduate students must upload a valid student ID when registering; the discount is applied once the secretariat approves it.
Cancellation & Refunds — Refund requests are accepted until 28 February 2027. After that date registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances. See the payment & cancellation policy.
Currency — Participants from Türkiye pay in Turkish Lira (₺), by credit card or bank transfer (EFT/Havale). Everyone else pays in Euro (€), by credit card or bank transfer.
Charged in Turkish Lira for participants from Türkiye and in Euro for everyone else — the system works out which applies to you. Your card details are never seen or stored by ICETOL.
