Once the usability of the card is approved, the payment process continues. Since no card-related information can be viewed or recorded by us, it is ensured that third parties cannot obtain this information under any circumstances.
Cancellation and refund requests may be submitted until 28 February 2027. Requests sent to icetol.secretariat@gmail.com by this date will be accepted, and the refund process will be carried out accordingly. After this date, all registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
