Registration Fees & Payment

Dear Participants,

Registration Fees (Between 1 April 2025 and 10 August 2025) :

Note:

• One author registration can cover a maximum of 3 papers. Additional papers will cost 1000₺ each.
• If other authors in multi-authored papers want to attend the conference face to face, they must register as an Audience in order to benefit from the facilities of the conference. Other authors in multi-authored papers can join virtual sessions free of charge. 
• Graduate students must provide proof of student status. The student ID should be sent to the conference e-mail address (icetol.secretariat@gmail.com)

* Covers breakfast, lunch, dinner, and coffee breaks.

• We kindly ask participants who wish to book accommodation not to make a payment before completing the “Conference Hotel Room Request Form” below.
• Hotel bookings are ONLY made by the conference team. Please DO NOT contact the hotel.
• According to Terms & Conditions for Hotel Accommodation, children up to the age of 6 can stay free of charge. However, lunch and dinner fees will be charged.
• Since the conference dates coincide with the summer holiday season, we kindly ask the participants who plan to stay at the hotel to make their hotel reservations early.

* This option is intended for daily participants who will not be staying at the hotel. It only includes lunch for one day. 

Payment

Please pay the registration fee by wire transfer or by credit card. For the registration fee, please write “Paper ID, Name Surname” as the explanation. For the accommodation fee, please write “Hotel, Name Surname” as the explanation. It is important that you send the bank receipts (registration and accommodation) to icetol.secretariat@gmail.com.
